Welcome to Session 1 of the 2026 Indoor Season - we are very happy to have you in our Thursday 4v4 Rec+ Stats League! Below are the details you need to know for your league.
SCHEDULE
Games will be on Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm or 8:00-9:30pm at Commonwealth. However there will be 2 game nights that have been moved to Friday night at Foote Field, these dates are December 12th and January 15th.

Download the RAMP App (Google Play - Apple Store) to see your games, confirm your availability and communicate with teammates.
The League Director for this league is Cameron Tomlinson. Any on site questions and concerns can be directed to the League Director. Questions about the website or app can be directed to programcoordinator@eupa.ca.
TEAMS
Given the number of players, we have made up 3 Teams. Find your team here: Rosters
Please bring a dark and white jersey each night - home team wears dark, away team wears light. Bring both jerseys each night in case you need to switch colors.
STATS
There are three teams worth of registrants, we will be doing another stats format for this league. The first game night or two will get the system up and running and familiarize the players with the stats app. After that, player stats will begin to count against the team's salary cap. SPIRIT OF THE GAME (SotG)
Spirit of the Game is at the heart of Ultimate and is a defining characteristic of the sport. With no referees, Ultimate relies on Spirit of the Game, placing the onus of spirited and honorable play on the players themselves. See the EUPA Spirit Policy for further details. Any questions or concerns related to a team's spirit can be directed to spirit@eupa.ca.

SUBS
If you will miss a night of play, please communicate that with your team captain either in person or through the RAMP App and look for a sub to take your place. Subs can be found through the EUPA Community Slack #subs channel.
If you have friends who are 2026 EUPA members and they would like to sub in this league, they can use this Sub Form and they will be contacted to sub in the league when there is a need for a sub. Note that subs should be of a similar playing level to the player they are replacing and MUST have a valid EUPA membership to play as per the EUPA Sub Policy.
