What is CUPS? In CUPS, 2 teams of 2 players each go head to head racing to get 13 points. Players take turns throwing a disc at a set of 2 poles with plastic cups perched on them and points are scored by hitting a pole to knock off the cup or by passing cleanly between all while holding a drink in their hand. There are even prizes for the best costumes!

• Who: This Tournament is targeted towards adults who like fun! The minimum age for this program is 18+. All levels of ability and experience are welcome!
• When: Friday, September 4th from 7pm - 11pm.
• Where: Druid’s Rugby Club (23360 Twp Rd 524A, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 4S7)
• Cost: $20.00 + GST
• Stall 9 Fee - register before August 27th to avoid a $5+GST fee on your registration!
• Registration Details: 
• Individual or Teams of 2
  • Each player must register individually.
  • Teams are to indicate their teammate & team name during registration.
  • Individuals will be paired up and contacted prior to the start of the tournament.
  • There will be no onsite registration.
  • Includes 3 tickets for drinks or hot dogs
  • Team limits may apply to help organize pool and playoff schedules—for example, divisions of 8 teams (e.g., 8, 16, 24, 32, etc.)
• Register early to secure a spot!

This is a fun first, 7-on-7 mixed outdoor tournament for all skill levels. Competitive and Spirit divisions.

• Who: This Tournament is targeted towards Ultimate Players. The minimum age for this program is 16. All levels of ability and experience are welcome!
• When: Saturday and Sunday, September 5th & 6th. Approximate times 9am - 5pm each day. 
• Where: Druid’s Rugby Club (23360 Twp Rd 524A, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 4S7) 
• Important Dates:
• Team Registration Deadline: August 13th, 2026. All teams need a minimum registered roster of 5 M+ and 5 F+ players to guarantee participation.
• Player Registration Deadline: September 1st, 2026. All players must be registered on their team.
• Team Early Bird Deadline: Teams that meet the minimum roster requirements (5:5) by July 24th will have ALL players who have registered at that time entered in a draw for EUPA swag, coupons and other prizes. Multiple winners!
• Format:
• A 7-on-7 mixed gender team tournament full of good ol' Edmonton spirit!
• There is a Spirit and Competitive Division.
• Captains must indicate preferred division when registering themselves as a player.
• Expect 6 to 7 games over 2 days.
• Costumes are encouraged for both divisions.
• Saturday night supper and party included (5 drink tickets provided, additional drinks $4 each). For players under 18 years old, registration fee is reduced to only include the supper.
• Gender Equity Ratio: Alternating 4 femme+ & 4 masc+ players.
• As per WFDF rules appendix 2021-2024 A6.2: Prescribed Ratio Rule A & Prescribed Pull Ratio. See EUPA's FAQ page here for more details. 
• Volunteer Requirement: Each team will be asked to supply at least 2 volunteers to help over the weekend. Roles could include set-up, take-down, water refill, supper service, bartending, etc… look for an email to captains in August.
• Cost:
• $90 + GST / player for Adults
• $65 + GST / player for Youths (ages 16 & 17)

• The Captain/Team Organizer will need to complete the “Team Registration” process prior to players signing up by clicking the “Register Your Team” button below
• Once the team is registered, each participant (including the captain/team organizer if playing) will complete the ]registration process by going to the team link provided by their captain/team organizer. 
• Team Deadline - Create team & minimum roster of 5 M+ and 5 F+ player by August 13, 2026.  Teams may be permitted to register late; it will be subject to availability.
• Player Deadline- Register on a team by September 1, 2026.
• Individuals can fill out this Google Form to express a desire to play. EUPA will try to match you with a team or with other players to form a team. Friends that you want to play with can be listed and we’ll work to place you on the same team, however, playing is not guaranteed and is on a first come first served basis.
• We recommend that players and teams post in the EUPA Community Slack to help find a team to join or a player to add to their roster.
• There are four registration options:
  • Adults playing on an adult team
  • Youth playing on a youth team
  • Adults playing on a youth team
  • Youth playing on an adult team
• These registration options ensure that each player pays the correct registration fee while eliminating the need to create duplicate teams. 
• If you are an adult playing on a youth team or a youth playing on an adult team, please complete the appropriate registration and ensure that your team name and team captain are specified during registration.
