Given the number of players, we have made up 4 Mini-Teams. Each week you'll play with your mini-team and will be typically combined with one other team for the games. When we have enough drop-ins to have 6 players per team we'll play 4v4, otherwise expect 5v5 or 4v4 with combined teams.
Please bring a dark and white jersey each night.

If you will miss a night of play, please communicate that with your team either in person or through the WhatsApp CWL chat and look for a sub to take your place. Note that subs should be of a similar playing level to the player they are replacing and MUST have a valid EUPA membership to play as per the EUPA Sub Policy.

Here's some ways to find a sub:

  • Post in the #subs channel on our EUPA Community Slack (click here to join, if you have any issues, please email
  • Post through our EUPA Facebook Group
  • Ask your Ambassador/teammates to help you find a sub in person at league or through the WhatsApp CWL chat

Spirit of the Game is at the heart of Ultimate and is a defining characteristic of the sport. With no referees, Ultimate relies on Spirit of the Game, placing the onus of spirited and honorable play on the players themselves. See the EUPA Spirit Policy for further details. Any questions or concerns related to a team's spirit can be directed to
