Edmonton Ultimate's Hat Tournament 2011

July 16-17, 2011

It's time for Edmonton's awesome, fun-filled hat tournament, Stubble Jumpers! This year it's being held in the prime of Edmonton's summer and if you come out, you'll be treated to great Ultimate, great people and a great party.

When: July 16 & 17
Time: Registration at 9 AM, Games start at 9:45 AM
Where: The Druids Rugby Club
Cost: $35 (early bird - before July 10, 2011), $40 regular

Since this is a hat tournament, you can sign up as an individual or with one additional person. Teams will be drawn out of our magic sorting hat, evening out the skill levels for some good competition. See the registration details below.

How to Register

Click the big orange button in the right hand column to log in or create an account if you don't already have one
Choose "2011 Stubble Jumpers" as your league of choice and follow the rest of the wizard to register
Sign up is individual only. If you would like to play with one friend, email summer@eupa.ca with both of your names (cc your friend on the email so we only get one email for each pair).

If you are not a member of EUPA, you can email summer@eupa.ca to register.

How to Pay

We would like to encourage the people who bank with the following: BMO Bank of Montreal, CIBC, RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank, or TD Canada Trust to send your fee by email money transfer rather than mail a cheque.

To set up the email money transfer:

Log on to your online banking account
Choose "Interac Email Money Transfer"
Define new recipient: EUPA, email: treasurer@eupa.ca
Payment amount: $40 (or $35 if you make the earlybird deadline)
Security question: type in "what's the password?"
Answer to security question: Stubbles2011 (note: NO spaces)
Type your name and contact details into the text message box.

Druids Rugby Club: 524 A Hwy 14X, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 4W4‎

Directions to Druids RFC

When you enter Sherwood Park, turn left at the McDonald's on Ordze Road.
Turn left again after the Strathcona Transit Station. This short paved road will become a windy gravel road.
Turn right at the Druids/Outlaws sign and the clubhouse will show up on your left after about 200 meters.

Dinner & Party

The party will be held at the Druids Rugby Club on Saturday night. Supper will be from Swiss Chalet (the Edmonton special *hehe*) and there will be a loonie bar to sustain you all night long. This year's party theme is "Get Lei'ed", so dress up for a free drink ticket! (Your grass skirts will also help you on the dance floor, cups field and beer pong tables...)
