Hi Captains,
Thanks for signing up a team to the 7v7 league. Extra special thanks to those of you who attended the captain's meeting earlier this week.
See below for important information regarding this league.
FRIENDLY GAMES against BEERS!
We currently have a team which is short some female-identifying / non-binary players from having a full roster. As we work with the community to recruit more players for them, they will be participating in the League with a small roster for 'friendly games'. Match ups with them will be 'pick up game' style, where players can be swapped between teams. Scores for these games do not contribute to seeding.
We are doing our best with a tough situation and opted for this solution because we understand that most folks would prefer to have a fun friendly game than sit out a week with a bye.
Missed the CAPTAIN'S MEETING?
If you missed the captain's meeting, I will be at the field with your cones and discs. Please come early so that this can be taken care of before game time. Cones and discs will only be turned over to you when you have provided the $40 cone deposit and $100 default bond cheque.
DISCS for late registrations
I will also be at the field with discs for the players that registered after the April 25th captain’s meeting.
LEAGUE INFO & SCHEDULES
All you need to know can be found on the website by selecting "League Schedules" and then "Thursday 7v7 League". If you then click one of the tabs (i.e. "Games") additional tabs for Field Map and Info can also be found. Information from the Captain's Meeting and the contents of this email can be found under “INFOâ€
We also recommend players download the RAMP Team App from Google Play or Apple App Store to access schedules, scores, and to communicate with their team if they are going to be absent.
If there are any questions regarding the website or the RAMP App feel free to contact me at admin@eupa.ca
GAME & SPIRIT SCOREKEEPING
To submit your score, click "Enter Score" and then click the "Submit Score & Spirit" button. This will take you to the Google Form that we are using this year. Do so within 48 hours of game end so that game updates can be made for you in a timely manner.
