    Training 2008

    Hi all-

    Training for the 2008 season will be on monday and friday evenings in the butterdome at 7:30pm.  Please check back here for changes or closures.  Monday sessions I will be administering... but you are responsible for executing the program at 1 or 2 more times in the same week.  I will be around for most fridays, but not all of them.

    One should also be doing 2 sessions of long cardio during the same week (80% max heart rate for 30-45 mins this cycle) and a good upperbody strength program.

    Attendence shoud be regular, and the sessions are open to all.

    training will be monday night at 7:30 as usual, and to get the week's workout, and we have decided wednesday nigth at the same time is good for most people. you can do the second workout on whatever day you choose(wed-thurs-fri-sat), but we will be meeting as a group on mon/ wednesdays.

    New training times:

    as of next week (18th feb) training:

    Mondays 7:30pm

    Wednesdays 5pm

    Fridays 6pm
