Hi all- all further training posts will be in the "EWU" section of the message board!
Training for the 2008 season will be on monday and friday evenings in the butterdome at 7:30pm. Please check back here for changes or closures. Monday sessions I will be administering... but you are responsible for executing the program at 1 or 2 more times in the same week. I will be around for most fridays, but not all of them.
One should also be doing 2 sessions of long cardio during the same week (80% max heart rate for 30-45 mins this cycle) and a good upperbody strength program.
Attendence shoud be regular, and the sessions are open to all.
