EMU has a bid in for Nats and we are looking for men ready to compete at the most competitive canadian tourney of the year... nationals!

July 20 - Regional Finals vs Invictus for seeding rank

July 31 - Roster has to be submitted (and CUPA fees paid else 25% penalty)

August 14 to 17 - Nationals

Attention all dudes interested in playing nats with the combined Edmonton/Calgary open team:

 As I understand it, the tentative agreement between Edmonton and Calgary is that we will be sending a combined squad of approximately 20 guys to nats.  Roster TBD post-regionals.  I'm thinking there will be 10 Edmonton guys and 10 Calgary guys going.

 To facilitate this, there will be a practice/captain-selection on Monday, July 21, 7pm at Kaskitayo.

If you're interested in captaining the team, or if you know someone who would be, come ready to nominate them or yourself on monday.

 Captain's duties would include team selection, strategy, setting/running practices.  The team could agree to have a separate person be a manager who would do the administrative stuff like jerseys, fees, rides, billets, etc.
